Nature Derived Bioactive Molecule Database of Bangladesh

GreenmolBD is a freely available electronic database containing detailed information about small molecule metabolites found in the Bangladeshi medicinal plants. It is intended to be used for applications in drug discovery and general education. The database is designed to contain or link three kinds of data: 1) compounds, 2) medicinal plants, and 3) diseases data. The database will contains more than 600 hundreds Bangladeshi medicinal plants derived molecules (Approximately more than 20,000 thousands) with all calculated descriptor necessary for future nature inspired drug discovery by exploiting these resources. All the traits of the websites soon will be available for the end user in drug discovery research arena.
